I have over 15 years in the health care profession, working with the elderly, persons with disabilities, and everyday folks.
The Zen Garden space is "an oasis of now" setting, allowing you to be still at a "now" time, an hour out of your busy life, to let go of stresses, relax, rejuvenate, recharge your cells, heal your aches, pains or injuries, find a calm center, all with in a non-chatty environment.
